Breakfast is nice, bed is comfortable, room is very clean. Staff are very kind and lovely! We would stay there again in the future.

There should be cheese in the breakfast.

Helpful staff, good breakfast and excellent services. Has a range of tours on site and reasonably priced. The whole property has the traditional Thai vibe. Room is big and clean.

The bed was really hard and pillow too high. Only has one English speaking TV channel. Room is a bit out dated.

Everything was really good! Nice bedroom, clean bathroom. The location is great, 5 min walk to the Chiang Mai gate, where you can find the Chiang Mai market, with delicious street food. The staff people are really nice and helpful, and are 24h available

Loved the room and how friendly the staff was. Also great location, quite but very close to the center

The breakfast was good but not a lot of choice and the bed was very firm

A very clean and cozy place ! Staff are nice and helpful.

Hair dryer should be available in the room, not only upon request. No tea and coffee making facility available in the room.

very cozy gesthouse. everyplace are clean.

the location is far from the center. the last day when I left my luggage and male staff help carry my luggage but female staff at reception mentioned that 'going out' and stop his action. I was in a bad mood.

The inner courtyard with the green spots and the pond is very special, having a breakfast there gave a good start to our days there. The location is another bonus to this hotel: close to the old town, still not too busy.

The staff was okay but we have experienced more hospitality at other places. The room interiors and the breakfast were not especially remarkable.

In particular the staff who were amazing. Especially the woman on reception who was incredibly helpful, making us feel valued and at ease. Unfortunatly i didnt get her name. They go the extra mile to make your stay excellent. 10/10.

Breakfast could have better vegetarian options.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, explained everything with the map when we checked in and helped us organise tours etc. Rooms were clean and comfortable, nice bathroom with hot water. Wi-Fi good. Location was great, on a quiet side street but still close to restaurants and 7 min walk to old town.

Breakfast was quite basic, would have liked more options/variety. No tea making facilities in the room
